Nina Klein

Nina Klein is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health and clinical operations, currently serving as the Acting Director of the Office of the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Advisor of Clinical Operations at Ambulance Victoria since May 2019. Prior roles include Director of Workplace Reform and operational leadership at Holmesglen Simulation Centre, where Nina managed business systems and supported program initiatives. As Executive Officer of the Victorian Simulation Alliance, contributions were made to the integration of simulation in health education across Victoria. Previous experience also includes State Education Program Manager at the Australian Organ & Tissue Donation & Transplantation Authority, and serving as the Victorian Organ Donor Coordinator at LifeGift. Nina holds multiple qualifications in business management, clinical simulation, and critical care nursing, and is furthering education through Leadership Victoria.
