Steve Pemberton has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Steve currently serves as the Director of Enterprise Architecture & Strategy at Ambulance Victoria since 2024. Before that, they worked at Kyndryl as the Chief Technology Officer in the Banking and Insurance Industry and also held the position of Client Enterprise Architect. Steve Pemberton completed their Master of IT Leadership degree in Organizational Leadership at Deakin University from 2020 to 2022. Steve also obtained various certifications, including the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services in 2021 and the Architect Profession Certification - Level 2 Expert from IBM in 2021. In addition, they hold certifications in issue-based consulting, critical thinking, information technology, professional ethics, digital literacy, problem solving, self-management, teamwork, and communication, all obtained from Deakin University. Furthermore, Steve Pemberton acquired certifications in IBM mentorship, IBM intellectual capital/intellectual property creation, enterprise design thinking practitioner, and enterprise IT transformation advisor from IBM. Steve also obtained the TOGAF 8 certification from The Open Group in 2007.
