Emily Bernard, MBA, is a seasoned professional with expertise in business analysis and healthcare management. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association since July 2018, Emily successfully transitioned the organization to a real-time data analytics platform, enhancing reporting processes and developing actionable Power BI dashboards. Previously, Emily held the position of Accounting Services Manager at UHS for a brief period in 2017, where notable contributions included creating a pro forma for a hospital facility conversion and conducting a demand analysis to optimize capacity. Earlier experience includes working as an ISS Float Nursing Assistant at The University of Iowa Health Care from December 2014 to July 2016, demonstrating flexibility in supporting various units.
