Kristine Solheim Gjelsvik

Kristine Solheim Gjelsvik is an experienced recruitment and HR professional with a diverse background in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Recruitment Delivery Lead at Coop Norge since August 2022 and as a Manager at Amby since October 2021, Kristine leads a team of consultants and manages P&L responsibilities. Previous experience includes positions as a Senior Recruitment Advisor at FINN.no, HR Business Partner and HR Advisor at Recover Norge, and Consultant Analyst at Cubiks, where Kristine focused on talent assessment and recruitment processes.
