Martine Waller Sørensen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Martine started their career in 2011 as a Waitress at Meet Ullevaal and Bergtunet 2 Barnehage. In 2013, they worked as a Pedagogical Assistant at Bergtunet 2 Barnehage before transitioning back to waiting tables at Meet Ullevaal until 2017.
From 2016 to 2017, Martine worked as a Research Assistant at BI Norwegian Business School, assisting professors with research and literature review. In the same year, they also interned as an HR Intern at Nordea.
In 2018, Martine joined Telenor as a Recruitment Advisor, leading recruitment processes across the Telenor Group and Telenor Norway. Martine also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Amby and a Talent Acquisition Consultant before taking on a role as a Recruitment Specialist in 2019. Here, they managed client projects, from sourcing and headhunting to assessment and reference checks.
In 2020, Martine became the Head of Project Management at Amby, where they evaluated and optimized the project management model. Martine created templates, procedures, and best practices to standardize project management and provide effective training and governance within the organization. Martine continued this role until 2021.
In 2022, Martine joined Frend Digital as a Talent Management Partner.

Martine Waller Sørensen holds a Master's Degree in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from BI Norwegian Business School, which they obtained from 2015 to 2017. Martine also has a Bachelor's Degree in Educational Science with a Specialization in Pedagogical Psychological Counselling from the University of Oslo, earned from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed high school at Kristiansand Katedralskole Gimle, obtaining a General University Admissions Certificate (Generell studiekompetanse) from 2007 to 2010. In addition, Martine has obtained several certifications including a Personality & Ability Tests License from cut-e Norge, an Aon company in 2018, an EF Standardized English Test: CEFR C2-Proficient from EF Education First in 2017, a certification as a Certified tester for Personality inventory (B5-PLUS) and aptitude tests (GMA, verbal and numerical ability) from Human Content as in 2016, and an EF Standardized English Test Express: CEFR C2-Proficient from EF Education First in 2015.
