Kent Lim is a seasoned creative professional with a strong background in strategic planning and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Creative at amc asia! since December 2015, Kent previously held the position of Strategic Planner at Mediacom Malaysia, where responsibilities included diagnosing business challenges and shaping strategic media directions for campaigns. Prior experience also includes roles in luxury retail at Prada Retail UK Ltd (Harrods) and Uniqlo, emphasizing exceptional customer service and sales achievements. Kent's career began in hospitality as a Front Desk Supervisor at Rainforest Bed & Breakfast, where skills in revenue management and customer relations were developed. Kent holds a Master's degree in Information Management and Finance from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Greenwich.
