Lea Ben-Akiva serves as the EVP of Growth and Innovation at AMC Global since July 2021, bringing extensive experience in innovation and client services. Previously, Lea held the title of Vice President of the Innovation Practice at NielsenIQ from October 2014 to July 2021. Prior to that role, Lea was Senior Vice President of Client Services at Affinnova, a company known for its innovative approach to market research, from May 2006 to 2014. Lea's career also includes leadership positions at TNS and Knowledge Networks, and foundational roles at Stratford Associates and Knowledge Networks. Lea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, Anthropology, and History from Carnegie Mellon University, completed in 1998.
