Prior to this, Selin held managerial positions at several restaurants, including as Restaurant General Manager at Istanbul Restaurant and Server Manager at Bluewater Seafood. Key responsibilities included designing menus, managing human resources functions, supervising team performance, negotiating with vendors, and overseeing renovations. Selin holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Phoenix and an Associate's degree in Marketing from Middlesex College.
