Leah Palella is a compliance professional with extensive experience in the mortgage and arts sectors. Currently serving as a Compliance Officer at AMC Mortgage since 2020, Leah has also held roles as a Compliance Analyst and Director of First Impressions within the same organization. Prior to AMC Mortgage, Leah worked as an Operations Assistant at the Philbrook Museum of Art from 2019 to 2020 and spent three years as a Department Manager at Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage. Leah holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Oklahoma State University, where studies were completed from 2015 to 2019.
