Andrea Labate

Andrea LaBate is an experienced professional in rights and clearances, business affairs, and media licensing, currently serving as a member of BAFTA North America since July 2023 and the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences since 2020. At AMC Networks, Andrea holds the position of Director for Rights & Clearances and Business Affairs Administration, overseeing high volumes of rights and clearance matters across multiple network stakeholders, including AMC and Sundance TV. Previous experience includes senior roles at Pearson North America, Andrea LaBate Glanz Music & Media Licensing, and J. Glanz Associates, as well as significant tenure at MTV Networks where responsibilities included managing music and media licensing for various brands. Andrea holds a B.S. in Marketing from Bentley University.
