Hiba Mirza

Hiba Mirza is a seasoned professional in customer experience and digital strategy, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience for Streaming Operations at AMC Networks since March 2025. Prior to this role, Hiba held positions at Disney Streaming, including Manager of Viewer Experience PMO and International Program Manager of Viewer Experience from October 2020 to February 2025. Hiba's experience also includes a tenure at IBM as a Senior Consultant in Digital Strategy, and earlier roles at S&P Global Market Intelligence and AmerisourceBergen US Bioservices.
