Quwana Hamilton

Quwana Hamilton currently serves as the Vice President of Talent Development & Management at AMC Networks since February 2022, after previously holding the position of Director of Learning and Organizational Development. In addition, Quwana Hamilton has been an Adjunct Instructor at Baruch College since September 2019. Prior experience includes a tenure at Flushing Bank from December 2015 to February 2022, where responsibilities included Vice President of Learning, Development & Employee Engagement, AVP/HR Business Partner, and AVP/Training Manager. Previous roles also include positions at Santander Bank, N.A., Chase, and Bank of America, encompassing learning and development as well as management responsibilities. Quwana Hamilton holds an MBA from Hofstra University and a B.A. in Political Science from Hunter College CUNY.
