Sophie Waxlax

Sophie Waxlax is a professional with extensive experience in talent relations, awards, and production roles within the entertainment industry. Currently serving as the Coordinator for Talent Relations and Awards at AMC Networks since August 2022, Sophie has also held positions as a temporary coordinator and intern in the same department. Previous experience includes a role as a Production Assistant on "Coroner Season 3" and as an Account Coordinator at Conversation Agency. Sophie gained foundational experience as a Director's Assistant for "American Woman" and in various internships and production roles. Academically, Sophie holds a Master of Science in Television from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Ryerson University, complemented by an exchange program at Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
