The Estimating Team at AMCAL Multi-Housing, Inc. is responsible for projecting and analyzing the costs associated with proposed real estate development projects across market-rate, student, and affordable housing sectors. Comprised of a Chief Estimator/preconstruction, Estimator, and an Estimating Coordinator, the team collaborates to prepare detailed cost estimates, conduct feasibility studies, and ensure projects are financially viable and align with the company’s strategic goals.
