Alexandra Velho Martins

Alexandra Velho Martins has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and positions. Alexandra currently serves as the Head of People at Amcham-Brasil, where they are responsible for talent acquisition, training and development, organizational development, internal communication, and personnel administration. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of HR at Investfarma, overseeing the HR department for a group of companies with 100 stores and 2,100 employees. Alexandra also held positions at Grupo Panvel as a Coordinator of HR and as an HR Business Partner. Earlier in their career, they worked at Ecofrotas, Ecobenefícios e Expers as a Coordinator of Internal Consultancy, and at GNC Cinemas as a General Manager. Alexandra started their professional journey at Eliane Revestimentos as an Export Assistant and as an intern at Banco do Brasil.

Alexandra Velho Martins has a diverse educational background. Alexandra completed a Post-MBA in Trends Innovation at Ecossistema Inova in 2023. Prior to that, they earned a Post-Graduation in Group Dynamics from SBDG - Sociedade Brasileira de Dinâmica dos Grupos from 2013 to 2015, specializing in Human Resources Management. In 2011 and 2012, Alexandra pursued a Post-Graduation in Strategic Leadership of Business and People from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. Alexandra also holds a Bachelor's degree in Administration with a focus on Marketing from FASC, completed from 2003 to 2006, and a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade from UNICA - Fundação Esag, obtained from 2000 to 2003.
