Luis Pesce

Luis Pesce, MBA, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Brazil and Executive Director of Finance at EssilorLuxottica since August 2023. In addition, Luis holds multiple leadership positions, including Co-President of the Strategic Finance Committee at Amcham-Brasil and Fiscal Board Member at United Way Brasil. With a robust background in finance, Luis has held significant roles at Elanco, where responsibilities included Regional CFO and Senior Director for various regions, as well as key positions at Eli Lilly and Company with a focus on financial planning, business development, and operational management. Educational credentials include an MBA and multiple post-graduations from FIA Business School, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
