Sherry Carbary is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the aerospace industry. Currently serving on the Board of Governors at the American Chamber of Commerce in China since December 2020, Sherry Carbary has been with Boeing since October 2006, where Sherry was appointed president of Boeing China in April 2019, overseeing government affairs and the company's China strategy. Prior to this, Sherry Carbary held positions such as Vice President of Flight Services and President of Alteon. Sherry Carbary also served on the FAA NextGen Advisory Committee and as a board member for both Boeing Commercial Airplanes and BECU. Sherry Carbary holds an MBA from Seattle University and dual bachelor's degrees in Finance and Economics from Eastern Washington University.

AmCham China is the only officially recognized chamber of commerce representing American business in mainland China.
