Lan Dam has over 22 years of experience in the healthcare industry with passion and dedication to improving the quality of Vietnamese people’s health. She has been involved in many healthcare projects/programs and policy-shaping aiming to increase patient access to new innovative treatments in different organizations.
In MSD, she leads Policy, Market Access, and Communications department which brings her opportunities to pursue her commitment and contribution to the healthcare mission in Vietnam, as well as to help the innovative pharmaceutical industry maintain sustainable business and continued investments.
Lan Dam holds a Medical Doctor degree from Hanoi Medical University, a Doctor of Business Administration from the American Heritage University of Southern California, and a Master of Science (Sustainability Leadership) from the University of Cambridge, the U.K.
Lan Dam is a new member of the Board of Governors of the American Chamber of Commerce, HCM chapter in Vietnam, and serves as Board liaison of its Healthcare Committee.
