Pham Linh

Pham Ba Linh is a prominent legal expert specializing in energy, project finance, and infrastructure, currently serving as Co-Chair of the AmCham Energy Committee since May 2023. Ba Linh holds a position on the Vietnam Steering Committee, Asia Chapter of the Association of International Energy Negotiators since January 2018. As Managing Partner and Head of Energy at Lexcomm Vietnam LLC since February 2016, Ba Linh has cultivated a distinguished practice while advising international oil and gas companies on various projects in Vietnam. Previous roles include significant positions in the International Bar Association Oil and Gas Law Committee and experience with BP and Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ. Ba Linh's educational background includes a Master of Laws in International Commercial Law from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor of Laws from Hanoi Law University.
