Philip Ziter

Philip Ziter is a seasoned legal professional and Senior Associate at Russin & Vecchi since March 2019, specializing in corporate and transactional matters as well as financing arrangements. Prior to this role, Philip gained diverse experience in Vietnam, including positions as a Global Key Account Manager at Infinity Blockchain Labs and a Registered Foreign Attorney at Tilleke & Gibbins, focusing on intellectual property. Additionally, Philip has served as a legal advisor for the AmCham Vietnam Healthcare Committee since December 2019 and founded Ziter Trading Corp. in July 2011. An alumnus of Michigan State University College of Law with a JD, Philip also holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from The University of British Columbia and a certificate in Fintech Law and Policy from Duke University School of Law.
