Rochelle Simmons has extensive work experience in the property management and compliance field. Rochelle recently joined Apartment Management Consultants LLC as the Associate Director of Compliance in December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Fairfield Homes, Inc. as the Compliance Manager from May 2018 to January 2022. Rochelle also had experience at Woda Cooper Companies, Inc. where they served as the Operations Manager from May 2017 to May 2018 and as a Compliance Specialist from June 2016 to May 2017. Rochelle was previously employed at The Barcus Company, Inc. as the Compliance Manager from August 2013 to May 2016. Rochelle began their career at Consoc LLC as a Housing Consultant from January 1998 to March 2013.
