Gila Lepa

Gila Lepa has a diverse background in sales and customer relations, currently serving as Sales Manager Aftermarket at AMCM GmbH since March 2022. Previously, Gila held the position of Customer Relations Specialist for the EMEA region at EOS from June 2017 to October 2023, and also worked as a Working Student in Strategy with a focus on Sales Strategy and Customer Experience Management. Additionally, Gila gained experience as a Working Student in Sales at Airbus Defence and Space GmbH from June 2016 to May 2017, concentrating on Sales Performance and Governance. Gila holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing Management and Integrated Value Creation Systems from Hochschule Fresenius, completed in 2018.
