Paolo Pacelli

Paolo Pacelli, MRICS, serves as the Head of Due Diligence & Global Service Management at AMCO - Asset Management Company since March 2020, focusing on property management, facility management, asset management, and technical due diligence for various distressed asset classes. Prior to this role, Paolo was the Real Estate Due Diligence & Global Servicing Manager at Savills from September 2007 to February 2020, where responsibilities included property and facility management as well as technical management across diverse asset classes. Paolo's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Construction Project Manager at ARTECNA from January 2000 to August 2007, and as an Engineering Corp Officer in the Italian Army from August 1992 to December 1999. Educational qualifications include a Laurea in Ingegneria Civile from Politecnico di Torino and membership in the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
