Established by Philip Corn more than 35 years ago, Amco Management has the experience and expertise to source, let, manage and maintain your properties. Our aim is to provide our clients with an all-encompassing, professional and efficient property management service.

We are Greater Manchester's leading experts in sourcing off market deals with first-hand knowledge of the local markets, making Amco your best choice for an efficient and comprehensive service. When you choose us to represent you and your properties, you can rest assured that we will be able to help you with all of your property lettings and asset management requirements.

For 25 years, the company was focused on managing residential properties on behalf of our clients as well as our own portfolio.

In the summer of 2012, Amco expanded into the commercial sector, and Amco Commercial was born. With the same hands-on approach, the commercial side of the business grew quickly to become an integral part of the business. We specialise in multi-let industrial estates, and converted mills. In addition to this, we also manage a lot of retail properties, offices, and mixed-use properties.

We have very good record of turning around the fortunes of neglected properties. We take on a lot of properties which have been badly mismanaged, and through our unique intensive input, we are able to achieve a generous return for our clients.

Due to our extensive experience, we are able to advise you on all aspects of commercial and residential property from sourcing an investment property, advising on rental assessments, asset management and investment returns.

We also advise on the relevant legislation including the Housing Acts, Fire Regulations, Gas and Electricity Regulations, Deposit Protection and Energy Performance regulations.
