John Hicks

John Hicks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in facility management and safety coordination. As the CMMS Manager at AMCOL since September 2004, John has managed the Infor EAM system, planned and scheduled preventive maintenance work, and implemented the system across various AMCOL facilities both domestically and internationally. Prior experience includes serving as Team Safety Coordinator at Unilever HPC from 1998 to 2004, where John directed safety programs, and as a Shift Supervisor at Multitex Corporation from 1984 to 1998, overseeing production and labor for a team of 35 employees. John also served in the US Army as a Transportation 64C from 1983 to 1986. Educational qualifications include certifications in Manufacturing and Warehouse Operations from North Metro Technical and studies at Georgia Northwestern Technical College and Dalton State College.
