Anca Ioan

Anca Ioan is an experienced professional in asset management and strategy, currently serving as the Asset Management Transformation Manager and Manager of Strategy & M&A at Amcor since November 2021, contributing to the Amcor Flexibles EMEA team. Prior to this role, Anca was self-employed, focusing on the plastic and packaging industries from March 2021 to October 2021. Anca's earlier experience includes a tenure at L.E.K. Consulting from June 2018 to February 2021, where roles progressed from Associate Consultant to Senior Consultant, concentrating on sustainability within the packaging industry. Anca has also worked as an Associate at Terra Firma Capital Partners and as an Investment Associate at RiverRock European Capital Partners, along with experience as a Business Analyst at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. Anca holds an MSc in Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA in Business Administration from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
