Mr. Nayar is currently a senior advisor with McKinsey & Company as well as BC Partners, roles he has held since 2016. Mr. Nayar retired as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Tyco International plc, a fire protection and security company, in December 2015, having served in that role since 2012. Mr. Nayar joined Tyco in 2008 as the company’s Senior Vice President and Treasurer and later acted as the Chief Financial Officer of Tyco’s ADT Worldwide business and Senior Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis, Investor Relations and Treasurer. Prior to joining Tyco, Mr. Nayar spent six years at PepsiCo, most recently as Chief Financial Officer of Global Operations.
Mr. Nayar has a career in finance that spans more than 40 years and is a former Director of Bemis Company, Inc. He is based in the United States.
