Bill Norman

Bill Norman is the Business Group President of Amcor's Global Rigid Packaging Solutions, a position held since 2025. They began their career at Berry in 1993 as a 3rd shift machine operator and progressed through multiple roles in account management, commercial planning, and operations, culminating in executive positions. Bill is dedicated to fostering a workplace culture that promotes teamwork and collaboration. In addition to professional commitments, they serve on the Board of the Easterseals Rehabilitation Center and enjoy spending time with their seven sons. Bill is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting at the University of Southern Indiana.
