Carson Brown

Carson Brown is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in managing HR functions across various industries. Currently serving as the Texas Human Resources Manager at Amcor since January 2022, Carson previously held the role of Plant HR Manager at Lassonde and Smithfield Foods, focusing on workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational performance. Carson's earlier experience includes a position as Human Resources Business Partner at Abbott, where expertise was provided in HR strategies and talent management. Additionally, Carson worked as a Senior HR Manager at Amazon.com, overseeing HR functions in a large fulfillment center, and served as Texas Sites HR Lead at Cisco Systems.
