Evren Yildirim

Evren Yildirim, MSc, CCP, GRP, currently holds the position of Director of Compensation and Benefits & HRIS & Workforce Analytics at Amcor since October 2022. Prior to this role, Evren served at Whirlpool Corporation from December 2016 to October 2022 in various capacities, including Global Compensation Operations Leader and Global Compensation Program Leader. Experience at The Coca-Cola Company as Compensation and Benefits Leader for the Eurasia and Africa Group was preceded by a position at Sony as Reward, Recognition and Mobility Lead for Europe. Early career roles included Compensation & Benefits Specialist at Philip Morris International and instructor at Konak Public Training Institute. Evren holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor's Degree in Labour Economics and Industrial Relations, both from Dokuz Eylul University.
