Helen MacDiarmid

Helen Macdiarmid has a diverse range of work experience in talent management and HR. Helen currently works at Amcor as the Global Talent Director and previously held the position of Flexibles EMEA Talent Director. Prior to Amcor, they worked at ED&F Man as the Group Head of Talent, where they oversaw talent management initiatives and was accountable for talent management, performance management, recruitment, engagement, and diversity. Helen also served as the Senior HR Business Partner for the Coffee, Liquid Products, and Grains divisions and as the Talent and Development Manager, where they established a new talent process and implemented learning solutions. Earlier in their career, they worked at Cargill as the Global Talent Manager, HR Process Manager, Leadership & Talent Management Business Analyst, and HR Business Analyst. In these roles, they led talent management processes, collaborated with senior leaders, and managed HR processes and systems.

Helen Macdiarmid pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance and English Literature at the University of Surrey from 1998 to 2001.
