Izabela Czekajewska

Izabela Czekajewska has a diverse range of work experience. Currently, they are the Head of Product Development Europe at Amcor since July 2023. Before that, they worked at Flint Group for over two decades. At Flint Group, they held various roles including Global Colour Operations Director from May 2022 to July 2023, Global Strategic Projects from January 2020 to May 2022, and Director of Global Colour Centre (Acting Director of Professional Services) from an unknown start date to January 2020. Prior to these roles, they also served as a Colour Service Manager, Technical Sales Manager, Technical Service Manager, and Sales Technician.

Izabela Czekajewska received a Master's degree in Papermaking and Poligraphy from Lodz University of Technology, completing their studies from 1995 to 2000. Izabela pursued further education in Marketing and Management, completing a post-graduate program at Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania i Bankowości from 2002 to 2003. In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained various certifications, including PRINCE2 Agile® Project Management Certifications from APMG International in 2021 and PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2021. Izabela also holds certifications in MTQ from AQR International in 2020 and has completed the Personal Leadership Academy program at ICAN Institute in 2019. Additionally, they have certifications as a Trainer and in Project Management from GRUPA ODITK in 2009 and 2007, respectively.
