Michael Ritzmann

Michael Ritzmann has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Michael started their career as a Student & Trainee at Sto SE & Co. KGaA in 2007 and worked there until 2010. From 2010 to 2014, they served as a Financial Controller at SÜTRON electronic GmbH under PHOENIX CONTACT. In 2014, they transitioned to a role as a Management Consultant at Horváth, where they worked until 2017. Michael then moved on to Amcor, where they held multiple positions including Head of Controlling at Amcor Flexibles Singen GmbH from 2017 to 2020, Head of Finance at the same company from 2020 to 2023, and currently holds the role of Finance Director at BU Healthcare at Amcor Flexibles Europe, Middle East & Africa since 2023.

Michael Ritzmann completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration/Industry Management from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) in 2010. Michael then pursued a Master of Science degree in Consulting & Controlling from Steinbeis Hochschule from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, they briefly studied International Management at SKK GSB Sungkyunkwan University, Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology, and Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
