Paulina Marchelek

Paulina Marchelek is currently serving as the BU EHS Manager for Amcor in the Snacks & Confectionery division, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Paulina was the Etex Group EHS Manager at Etex from September 2019 to August 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing EHS collaboration across 42 countries and 110 locations, managing a workforce of over 12,000 employees. Paulina also held various EHS leadership positions at CREATON Polska, where responsibilities included regional management for Poland and Hungary, and at Ruukki, focusing on EHSQ and operational excellence in multiple production departments. The career began at SARIA Polska as an Environmental Protection Specialist, contributing to wastewater treatment processes. Academic qualifications include a Postgraduate Degree in Health & Safety Management from Poznan School of Logistics and a Master's degree in Biotechnology in Environmental Protection from Uniwersytet Przyrodniczy w Poznaniu.
