Rajat Mitra has a diverse work experience spanning over decades. Rajat started their career as a Senior Buyer at Rolls-Royce in 1995 and worked there until 2000. From 2001 to 2003, they served as a Project Director at Synerdeal. In 2003, they held the position of eSourcing Manager - Europe at Exostar and also worked as a Group Sourcing Manager at Big Food Group. Later, they joined Compass Group as the Head of eSourcing from 2004 to 2006.
