Elizabeth Coates is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in customer service and team leadership. Currently serving at Amcord Care Inc. since July 2017, Elizabeth excels in aligning teams and enhancing customer satisfaction. Previous roles include Assistant Brand Manager at Bath & Body Works and White Barn, where Elizabeth successfully utilized consultative sales techniques and managed visual standards, and Assistant Operations Manager at Aeropostale, Inc., focusing on sales policies and loss prevention. An internship at Livengrin Foundation provided valuable experience in case management and treatment collaboration. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Rehabilitation and Human Services from Penn State University, further complemented by a strong foundational education from Archbishop Ryan High School.
