Abdurahman (Adam) Ravat

Abdurahman (Adam) Ravat has a wealth of experience in the corporate world. Abdurahman (Adam) began their career in 2009 as an Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, where they advised underwriters and issuers in a multitude of public and private securities offerings, including initial public offerings, primary and secondary follow on offerings, and investment grade and high-yield bond offerings. Abdurahman (Adam) also represented companies in public and private mergers and acquisitions. In 2011, they became the Managing Member at Foscam Digital Technologies. In 2014, they founded and became the CEO of both Amcrest Industries LLC and AccuMed Biotech LLC. Most recently, in 2020, they founded and became the CEO of BNX Converting, LLC.

Abdurahman (Adam) Ravat attended the University of the Witwatersrand from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a LLB degree.
