Mark Lorenz Ancajas

Mark Lorenz Ancajas is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Technical Team Leader at AMCS Group since May 2024, Ancajas previously worked as a Software Engineering Manager at DTN, where guidance and motivation for agile teams was provided. Ancajas has also held key positions at Play'n GO as QA Chapter Lead, overseeing quality assurance efforts, and at Nokia as R&D Squad Group Leader and various other roles, focusing on performance management and execution of continuous improvement initiatives. Earlier career highlights include a Programmer Level 2 position at N-PAX Cebu Corporation, where recognition was earned for developing a cost accounting system, as well as a Software Engineer and Team Leader role at Remote Technology Solutions, managing trainees in software development.
