Paul MacDonald

Paul MacDonald has extensive experience in IT and business analysis roles, starting as a Junior Software Developer at Vistakon. Paul worked at Kerry Group as an ICT Service Desk Analyst before progressing to ICT Business Analyst roles. At Saongroup, Paul led a team of Business Analysts and implemented a new change request process. Currently, Paul is a Product Owner at AMCS Group, overseeing product backlogs, requirements, and ensuring solutions meet company-wide standards. Paul holds a B.Sc. in Computer Systems and an M.A. in Business Management from the University of Limerick.
