Suzanne McDermott

Suzanne McDermott is an experienced Senior Human Resources Professional with a robust background in HR management and operational HR activities. Currently serving at AMCS Group since September 2019, Suzanne has previously held positions as an HR Partner at BD-GenCell Biosystems, where responsibilities included supporting the integration of the GenCell business into the BD organization. Additional experience includes HR Manager at Bolgers, overseeing HR functions for approximately 100 employees, and HR Generalist roles at Lufthansa and Schwarz Pharma UCB, managing various HR processes and supporting employee-related initiatives. Suzanne holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies from the University of Limerick and a Diploma in Employment Law from HSI Business School.
