AMD specializes in medical image display and storage. Today this means digital imaging, PACS, workstations, archives, digitizers, web viewing, etc.  We do all this and more. Those seeking cost-effective, no-nonsense answers to this new radiology reality use our Catella PACS systems and appliances.

We do more. We continue to supply all the accessories items needed for film-based x-ray viewing. These include illuminators (viewboxes), radiation protection garments, darkroom items including duplicators, safelights, x-ray film storage, sensitometers and densitometers, and patient ID printers, to name just a few of the items. We also help our clients sell preowned medical equipment. We specialize in items like x-ray rooms, CR, DR, film digitizers, printers and all other forms of digital imaging equipment. We not only promote and sell our clients' used medical x-ray imaging equipment, but we will also seek out items that you need. Through our large base of active buyers and sellers we can often locate specific equipment you need.  Recently we sourced a specific type of R/F room, cath  (cardiology) lab and even a mobile x-ray imaging van.

We also do consulting work with dealers and manufacturers to help them in many important areas.  These include expanding distribution, new sales programs, social media and more.

The business of medical imaging x-ray is changing rapidly. Not only is the technology changing, but the way we sell to customers, how they wish to get information from us and what we can sell to them is changing.  We all have to examine the best ways to respond to these changes and make adjustments. In my own business, I set a goal of having at least three new "ventures" working at any one time.  If only one of them works out, that will mean great opportunities for the next 12 months.
