Johann Barnard

Johann Barnard is an experienced construction project manager currently employed by Amdec Group and AMDEC PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT, focusing on construction management and mixed-use housing developments since September 2016. Prior to this, Johann held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Junoscan Construction from December 2008 to August 2016, overseeing financial planning, operational management, budgeting, and construction contract management. Johann's extensive background also includes roles as Contract Manager at Ruwacon (Pty) Ltd and Superway, where responsibilities encompassed tendering, pre-construction planning, and project management, as well as freelance consultancy in architectural design and project management.
