Holger Martin Disch

Holger Martin Disch is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as VP and Head of Sales EMEA at Amdocs since February 2015. Disch manages full P&L responsibilities for the EMEA region, focusing on key Tier 1 clients and enhancing partner sales through innovative go-to-market strategies. Prior to Amdocs, Disch held various roles at Nokia's Networks business, including General Manager and Senior Account Manager, achieving significant growth in bookings and revenue, as well as fostering strong C-level relationships. Disch holds an MBA in International Economics from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and master's degrees in Electrical Engineering and International Economics from Ruhr University Bochum and Pforzheim University, respectively.
