Kerry-Ann Murgatroyd

Kerry-Ann Murgatroyd is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in telecommunications and media industries across Africa. Currently serving as the Regional Vice President Africa at Amdocs since July 2024, Kerry-Ann is responsible for driving growth, customer satisfaction, P&L management, and leading BSS & OSS initiatives. Prior roles include Account Director for sub-Saharan Africa at Salesforce, where Kerry-Ann managed sales for Telco and Media & Entertainment sectors, and Enterprise Regional Sales Manager at IBM, overseeing significant accounts in southern Africa. Educational qualifications include an MBA with Merit from the University of Warwick and a BA (Hons) in Geography and English from Rhodes University.
