Niki Matthaiou

Niki Matthaiou currently serves as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Regional Manager for EMEA at Amdocs since November 2022, alongside a role as a Talent Sourcer in Executive Recruitment for the same region. Niki is also an investor at Nothing and Candidate.ID®, and actively blogs at The HR Mommy. Previous experience includes positions as People & Talent Manager and Senior Recruiter at Karma Recruitment & Consultancy, and various roles at TheSoul Publishing, where responsibilities spanned from HR management to senior corporate recruitment. Prior to that, Niki held HR roles at Antelope Systems and Amdocs, where significant achievements included establishing new R&D teams. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Kentucky, a Marketing Management diploma from CIM - Cyprus Business School, and a Bachelor’s degree in French Language and Literature from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
