Ravi Bala

Ravi Bala is a seasoned IT professional with over 22 years of experience, currently serving as the Director of the Technologies Line at Amdocs. They have specialized in project management, infrastructure management, and system integration, particularly within customer care and billing systems. Previously, Ravi held various roles at Amdocs, including Program Manager and Project Manager, where they supported major accounts and managed infrastructure operations. Ravi also worked at Netcracker and HCL Technologies, beginning their career as a Software Engineer at L&T Infotech. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering with First Class Distinction and University Gold Medal from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy.
