Elaine Jang

Elaine Jang, MBA, Prosci®, PRINCE2 Agile, currently holds the position of Director at AME - Association for Mineral Exploration, advocating for over 5,000 members in the mineral exploration and development industry since January 2025. Previously, Elaine served as Director of Finance at Allnorth Consultants Limited and worked as a Consultant in Financial Planning & Analysis at QuadReal Property Group. With extensive experience at BC Hydro & TELUS as a Senior Financial Consultant and as a Director and Co-Founder of PDO Solutions Ltd., Elaine has a strong background in project management and financial oversight. Additional roles include leadership positions at Vancouver Coastal Health, Hatch, Esprit, Rescan Engineering Ltd., and Nuport Leathers. Elaine holds an Executive MBA from the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University and has educational credentials from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
