Joel Mania Musikingala is a seasoned professional in project development, currently serving as a Senior Project Development Manager at AMEA Power since January 2019, previously holding roles at the same company such as Project Development Manager and Associate Project Development Manager. Prior experience includes positions as Project Developer at Access-Power and Project Engineer at Solar Capital (Pty) Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed solar plant design, yield analysis, layout optimization, and support to procurement and legal departments. Joel's earlier career includes various technical roles, such as Quality Control Technician at Brand Engineering SA (Pty) Ltd and Junior Engineering Technician at Bottom Line Interactive. Joel holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Mechanics of Project Finance from Middlesex University and multiple degrees from Cape Peninsula University of Technology, including a Master’s Degree in Energy Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
