Siv Birkelund

Siv Birkelund has extensive experience in graphic design and customer service. Currently serving as a Graphic Designer at Amedia AS since May 2011, Siv has developed a strong skill set in visual communication. Prior experience includes a role in Customer Service at NextGenTel from October 2001 to June 2008, focusing on customer support via phone and email, as well as managing subscription processes. Siv's educational background includes a degree in Graphic Design from Norges Kreative Fagskole (Kristiania) and training in Information Technology from It-Akademiet, complemented by additional education at Westerdals Oslo ACT and Volda University College.
