Brandon Spangler

Brandon Spangler has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Brandon started their career at Staff Care in 2001, where they held various roles, including Recruiter and Senior Recruiting Manager. In these positions, they recruited and managed physicians nationwide, achieving high productivity and making numerous successful placements.

In 2011, Spangler transitioned into leadership roles at Staff Care, becoming Director/Regional VP. In this capacity, they oversaw multiple physician staffing teams, including government services/contracts, internal medicine sub-specialties, primary care, behavioral health, and emergency medicine. Brandon managed significant P&Ls, set strategic direction, built cohesive team environments, and supervised up to 15 direct reports. Additionally, they devised sourcing strategies and diligently monitored key performance indicators and business metrics.

More recently, Spanger joined TRS Healthcare as Director of Client Services in 2021 and was subsequently promoted to VP of Client Administration in 2022.
